Dominique develops a variety of content across print and digital media. Her experience in the automotive and entertainment industry brings a wealth of knowledge and fresh perspective to pitch and produce content, research and develop creative content, and produce presentations and materials for Da-Ni-Co. Her oversight of the development, distribution, and strategic efforts of creating messaging to inform and inspire our clients/partners fully supports our mission, value, and vision. As an African American Millennial woman in technology, Dominique invests her time and heart into mentoring Millennials and Generation Z learners and new graduates with the hopes to inspire and challenge them to impact and influence the tech world. She is an alumna of Mercer University and her philosophy in life is “Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life”.

Lead Trainer (Remote - Customer Care Call Center)
Justin's career experience focuses on delivering customer service in a remote call center setting. He brings real-time experience in these areas: screening orders, research, and review of overrides, accurately and efficiently reading, interpreting, and entering data into the CRM system in a timely fashion, and/ or thinking through and solving escalated issues. Justin understands how to offer solutions needed to help simplify the customer care experience and de-escalate situations. His call center areas of focus have included outbound/inbound calls, entering customer data and information, troubleshooting, and escalation of customer concerns. Industry experience includes CVS Health and Gainwell Technologies. Justin's involvement in the fashion and entertainment industries gives him the skills and ability to truly connect and engage the attendees throughout their training.

Senior Trainer, Employee and Labor Relations
Hattye is an experienced practioner and trainer in Employee and Labor Relations in federal, state, non-profit, and corporate experience. Hattye has served as Director of Employee and Labor Relations, Chief Negotiator, Adjudications Officer (OPM Suitability) and trainer for several employers. As an experienced professional she can take your canned training materials and make them come alive. Or if you prefer, Hattye can create adhoc training tailored to your company ‘s culture, policies and procedures. The resulting training will be relatable, and provides real-world examples to attendees. Known as the Rules and Regs Chick, she enjoys sharing her knowledge to make sure future generations of Employee and Labor Relations professionals are well prepared on their professional journeys. Hattye’s experience as an actress, former radio show host, and published author provide additional tools she uses to relate to all audiences and ensure your sessions are an experience, not just another expenditure.
