Justin’s career experience focuses on delivering customer service in a remote call center setting. He brings real-time experience in these areas: screening orders, research, and review of overrides, accurately and efficiently reading, interpreting, and entering data into the CRM system in a timely fashion, and/ or thinking through and solving escalated issues. Justin understands how to offer solutions needed to help simplify the customer care experience and de-escalate situations. His call center areas of focus have included outbound/inbound calls, entering customer data and information, troubleshooting, and escalation of customer concerns. Industry experience includes CVS Health and Gainwell Technologies. Justin’s involvement in the fashion and entertainment industries gives him the skills and ability to truly connect and engage the attendees throughout their training.
