Davita N. Carpenter, B.A., M.B.A, SHRM-SCP Principal/Founder Davita is a native of Baltimore, Maryland, and matriculated at Syracuse University as a full scholar athlete with the basketball program and studied English and Sports Medicine, attained her M.B.A. in Business/HR from Strayer University with honors, and has completed 56 credits towards a doctorate in Innovation and Strategy with Capella University. Davita currently serves on the Syracuse University Alumni Association Board (SUAA).

She has over thirty-five years of Global HR/Operations experience and has served as the head of HR for organizations that provide services in Advanced Analytics, Data Mining, Application Development/Maintenance, Information Exploitation and Cyber Security for multiple agencies in the Department of Defense (DOD), National Institute of Health (NIH), Education, and the global banking sector. During her stint in government federal contracting, she attained and sustained a Top Secret/SCI Lifestyle Poly clearance. She garnered healthcare experience with Genesis Health Ventures, Bon Secours Health System and Bon Secours Baltimore Hospital System, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and has continued her healthcare journey with USC Arcadia Hospital in Arcadia, California.

Davita’s mantra is People | Passion | Purpose. Her passion and love for training, developing, and inspiring others included over 15 years as an Authorized Partner with Blanchard and as Principal/Founder of Da-Ni-Co (Davita Nicole Consortium). She is a published author of Woman to Woman, a fictional novel to inspire positive relationships between women in the community and in the workplace. Davita is a Servant Leader who is privileged to be the mom of two adult sons and her fur-son, Snickers.
