Davita Nicole is an accomplished and forward-thinking leader with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, specializing in developing innovative, people-focused programs that align with corporate strategic goals. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Davita excelled as a full scholar-athlete in basketball at Syracuse University, before earning her M.B.A. from Strayer University.
Her career has spanned various leadership roles and she has been an integral partner in driving operational success across organizations. With a strong passion for training, development, and inspiration, Davita spent over 15 years as an authorized partner of Blanchard. She is also the Founder and Principal of Da-Ni-Co (Davita Nicole Consortium), formerly known as Career & Life Balance Management (CLB Mgt.).
In addition to her professional achievements, Davita is a proud mother of two sons and a fur-son named Snickers. Her dedication to servant leadership and empowering others reflects her lifelong commitment to fostering growth, both in business and in life.
