Davita Nicole, a native of Baltimore, Maryland, matriculated at Syracuse University as a full scholar athlete in basketball and attained her M.B.A. from Strayer University. She is an accomplished and forward-thinking servant leader, with over 30 years of diverse and global Human Resources and Administration experience, who serves as an integral partner and facilitator of operational success by developing effective and innovative people-focused programs/solutions to drive corporate strategic objectives. Davita’s passion and love for training, developing and inspiring others include over 15 years as a Channel Partner with The Ken Blanchard Companies and as Founder/Principal of Da-Ni-Co (Davita Nicole Consortium) formerly known as Career & Life Balance Management (CLB Mgt.). Davita is blessed to be the mom of two sons and her fur-son, Snickers.
