Davita Nicole is an accomplished, forward-thinking leader with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, specializing in the design and implementation of innovative, people-centered programs that align seamlessly with corporate strategic goals.

A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Davita earned a full basketball scholarship to Syracuse University, where she distinguished herself as both a scholar and an athlete, before completing her M.B.A. at Strayer University.

Throughout her career, Davita has held diverse leadership roles and served as a trusted partner in driving operational success across organizations. Her passion for training, development, and inspiration has been a hallmark of her work, including more than 15 years as an Authorized Partner with Blanchard, delivering award-winning, globally recognized leadership programs.

As the Founder and Principal of Da-Ni-Co (formerly Career & Life Balance Management), Davita brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to helping organizations elevate their people, performance, and purpose.

Beyond her professional achievements, Davita is a proud mother of two sons and a devoted “fur mom” to her dog, Snickers. Her dedication to servant leadership and empowering others reflects her lifelong mission to inspire growth, foster resilience, and create lasting impact—in business and in life.
